To unveil its 2026 spokespeople, the Montreal Vegan Festival asked Propulse-toi to create a vertical video, filmed at Umami restaurant.
Élise Desaulniers, an author and animal-rights advocate, and Éline Bonnin, a vegan chef and creator of the Patate & Cornichon cooking app, introduce their volunteer commitment and launch a contest to win a brunch for two.
